Lee has over twenty-five years of machinery & equipment and inventory appraisal experience, and has been with CEA for seventeen years.
Lee is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) as designated by the American Society of Appraisers. Lee is also a course instructor and course developer for the Society's education curriculum and a contributing author to the textbook, Valuing Machinery & Equipment (2005). Lee has served the American Society of Appraisers as an officer and committee member at the local and national levels and was formerly the chairman of the Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee (2005 – 2007). Lee is currently serving on the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
